WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CEO

Started out in communication, media and youtube content creation in 2020 when still in University, on point feeling like I had stepped onto a rollercoaster.

There were days filled with uncertainty, imposter syndrome knocking, and moments when I questioned if I truly belonged in space. But what kept me anchored over the years is the undeniable zeal and love I have for my projects.

Still, one question has remained constant through every project, every challenge, every win and loss:

"Do this align with the life and career I'm trying to build?" And that question has been my compass.

There were times I had to pause and reroute times when I turned to endless tutorials, late-night program production, hard field work and hands-on practice just to better understand the many layers of what my role required. That's how I kept evolving.That's how I still grow.

If you are just starting any project: it's okay to not have it all figured out. Keep learning, keep adjusting. Your growth will often come in the doing not just planning.

If you are already in the game: stay focused in your 'why'. Let your work speak, and never stop refining your skillset.

True the industry can be trying, or even demanding so much but stay rooted to your goals and be committed to your own evolution, will always be your greatest asset.

It's the desire for my clients to recognize the value I bring, and humility to know that learning never ends, that keeps me in the game and stay focused.
